General conditions of use of the wellengo site

Article 1 :

The present Terms and Conditions of Use legally govern the use of the services of the wellengo website (hereinafter referred to as « the site »).
Constituting the contract between the company I-lead consulting and the User, access to the site must be preceded by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Accessing this platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The website wellengo is published by the company I-lead consulting registered with the RCS under number 451 432 228, with its registered office located at 3 Rue Docteur Joubert, 59110, La Madeleine, Metropolitan France.

Article 3 :

 Site Access
The Wellengo website allows free access to the following services:

• Booking appointments with beauty and wellness professionals.

The site is accessible for free from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs incurred for accessing the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
Access to the services dedicated to members is done using a username and password.
For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without prior notice or justification.

Article 4 : 

The collection of data
For the creation of the User’s account, the collection of information at the time of registration on the site is necessary and mandatory. Publication by User
The Wellengo website allows members to publish comments.
In their publications, members are required to respect the rules of Netiquette as well as the rules of law in force.
The site has the right to exercise prior moderation on publications and may refuse to publish them without having to provide justification.
The member retains full ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, any publication on the site implies the delegation of the non-exclusive and free right to the publishing company to represent, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and disseminate the publication anywhere and on any medium for the duration of the intellectual property rights. This may be done directly or through an authorized third party. This includes the right to use the publication on the web and on mobile networks.
The publisher undertakes to mention the name of the member near the publication each time it is used.
The user is responsible for any content they upload. The user agrees not to publish content that may infringe on the interests of third parties. Any legal proceedings initiated by a third party against the site must be covered by the user.

Contract duration
This agreement is valid for an indefinite period. The commencement of the use of the site’s services signifies the application of the agreement to the User.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This contract is subject to French law. The failure to resolve disputes amicably between the parties implies recourse to the competent French courts to settle the dispute.
